    COO

    David Gates is Chief Operating Officer at Environmental Service Partners, with 25+ years of experience in the Atlanta area with healthcare, commercial, and industrial facility operations. David exceeds the needs of each client with his attention to detail. David is a Certified Healthcare Environmental Service Professional (CHESP), holds a Certificate of Mastery in Infection Prevention (CMIP), is a Certified Healthcare Technician Trainer (T-CHEST), a Certified Surgical Cleaning Technician Trainer (T-CSCT).

    Barry Henson

    Vice President Of Operations & Services

    Barry brings over 30 years of experience managing complex facility operations. He understands first-hand the pressures, constraints, and day-to-day challenges today’s facility managers face, and he is here to help.​Barry leads the team providing building maintenance services and renovations - from damaged surfaces to facilitating repairs after major interior damage events. Barry manages the project, overseeing both procured and internal staff, expedites projects skillfully and cost-effectively, and ensures your facility always looks and performs at its best. Barry is your main point of contact for renovation and added services.

    Mitch Williams

    Director of Operations

    For Clients, Mitch is the person who makes sure your job is properly resourced. Behind the scenes Mitch is custom selecting the team members with the right skillsets and certifications, as well as the proper quantity of staff, to complete your service within your standards, operating parameters and timeframes. Mitch stays in-tune with industry developments and recognizes the increased expectation for pathogen-level, technology-driven janitorial services. He has fifteen years of environmental service management at both the facility and area level. Mitch has an open-door policy and understands the importance of maintaining productive Client and employee relationships. ESP team members will find him supportive of their desire to develop their careers and pursue CIMS Certified Expert certification.

    Director

    Derrick has over 30 years of experience in providing customer-focused janitorial and environmental services.  He has managed a diverse portfolio of large accounts spanning Class A office buildings to healthcare: Campanile (former BellSouth corporate headquarters), One Atlantic Center, Time Warner (CNN and Techwood campuses), Ponce City Market, and Emory Clinic.   Derrick has a track record of delivering quality results and exceptional customer service.

    Area Manager

    Sarah, an Area Manager with ESP, has over 20 years of cleaning management experience. A team-driven manager, Sarah emphasizes team initiatives, customer care and building customer relationships. Sarah will oversee the entire facility. Through careful evaluation of our Quality Assurance and Safety program, Sarah ensures our services meet excruciating standards and deliver practical solutions. Sarah is bilingual in Spanish and English.

    Jay Marquez

    Director, Client Safety & QA/QC

    As Director of Safety, Quality Assurance, and Quality Control, Jay Marquez, ensures our projects operate safely, smoothly, and efficiently. Jay is fluent in Spanish and English and worked as a police officer for 18 years; he was honorably discharged by the US Navy (ABH2-AW). Before joining Environmental Service Partners, Jay worked at the Atlanta Botanical Gardens as Operations and Facilities Manager where he supervised facility security and safety, coordinated schedules of his team, and maintained the divisional budget.

  • Cawanna Boyce

    Cawanna Boyce

    Project Manager

    Cawanna is a results-driven Area Manager with over 16 years of experience leading large-scale environmental services operations across healthcare, university, federal, and private institutions throughout Metro Atlanta. Successfully manages 26+ facilities, oversees Joint Commission inspections, and implements infection control protocols. Cawanna holds two associate degrees—one in Business Management and one in General Studies—and a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Operations Management and the Select Sector. Her educational background, combined with extensive field experience, provides a strong foundation in leadership, business operations, strategic planning, and organizational management.

    With more than 30 years of progressive experience in janitorial and facility services in the Atlanta Market, Ken brings a proven record of operational excellence and client satisfaction across a diverse portfolio. His expertise spans Class A office buildings, corporate headquarters, warehouse distribution centers, condominiums, retail centers, healthcare facilities, and a wide range of commercial environments, Coca-Cola, Home Depot, UPS, Truist Bank, Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta, and Medline, consistently delivering exceptional service and high-quality results.

    Director of Business Development

    Tom builds relationships between ESP and new Clients. A born connector, he ensures Clients not only know about ESP’s new services and areas of expertise, he connects ESP Clients with other ESP Clients to create beneficial networking opportunities for all involved.

    Tom has represented professional service firms for the majority of his career. He has a deep understanding of commercial facilities and the concerns and processes of property management staff. Tom is the proud father of two teenage girls.

    As a Project Manager, Preston Farmer has worked in the Environmental Services industry for 10 years. He got his start cleaning at Barnsley Gardens, and has gained the skills and knowledge through his experience. Preston is Project Manager at Environmental Service Partners because of his drive to continue learning how to better facilitate his team. He oversees 13+ employees in 5 buildings, ensuring accountability that his staff is knowledgeable about healthcare cleaning practices.

    Diallo, as he is called by friends and Clients, brings 20+ years of environmental services management experience to ESP. Diallo strongly believes in developing good relationships with his clients, attending to special requests and following up on all services. He makes 100% effort to ensure his clients are satisfied and content with the services they receive. Loyal, and interested in growing as his employers grow. Born in Guinea, Africa, and a former resident of New York, Diallo speaks French, Portuguese, Spanish, English, Italian, Fulani and Creole. Diallo worked his way up from entry level to managing dozens of people; he truly understands his profession.

Luis is known for ensuring high standards of cleanliness, safety, and efficiency. Luis is also bilingual in English and Spanish.

    Celeste Clark is a Project Manager at ESP with over three years of dedicated service to the company. She brings more than 10 years of experience in the janitorial and dialysis industries, with a strong background in operations, facility management, and client service. Celeste earned an Associate Degree in Business Management and is currently pursuing her bachelor’s degree at Georgia Military College. Her combination of hands-on industry expertise, leadership, and commitment to professional growth enables her to effectively manage projects while delivering high-quality results for clients and her team.

As a janitorial instructor with sales experience, he uses innovative teambuilding activities to promote a productive workplace. His hobbies include audio production, home-improvement projects, and playing the guitar.

She is highly skilled in the proper use of industry-approved cleaning products, equipment, and procedures to ensure healthcare and commercial facilities meet cleanliness and infection prevention standards.
